The cosy parlour of the ‘Courier of Navarra’ is decorated with pictures of flamenco artists and illuminated with many candles. It looks like a nineteenth century literary salon or ‘fumoir’ with a suggestive nightly mood.

Authentical paella is prepared on open fire. Demonstration during appetizer possible in English, Spanish or Dutch: 33 persons maximum. Home made ‘crema catalana’ only on reservation.
